Ingredients
- 1 lb. hamburger
- 1 pkg. onion soup mix
- 1/4 C. green peppers, minced
- 1/4 C. bread crumbs
- 1/4 C. milk
- 1 egg, slightly beaten
- 1 can mushroom soup
How To Make russ's salisbury steak

Step 1Thoroughly mix beef, 1/4 of soup mix, pepper, crumbs, milk and egg. Shape into 4 patties. Brown on both sides and drain off fat. Simmer over low heat with rest of ingredients for 20 minutes.
