Ingredients
- 1 1/2 C. white vinegar
- 1 tsp. mixed pickling spices
- 1 clove garlic, peeled and bruised
- 1 bay leaf
- 6 hard cooked eggs, peeled
How To Make russ's pickled eggs

Step 1Simmer vinegar and spices (uncovered) 10 minutes, then cool slightly. Add garlic and bay leaf. Pack eggs in a screw top jar, add vinegar mixture, cover, and cool to room temperature. Refrigerate 7-10 days before serving- longer for a stronger flavor.
