Ingredients For russ's panfish salad

1 lb. panfish fillets, cooked until flakes

1 pkg. salad macaroni, cooked as directed

1/2 C. green onions, chopped up

2 med red potatoes, boiled and cubed

1 green bell pepper, chopped up

1 med. cucumber, chopped up

1 apple, cored and chopped up

6 radishes, cut up

1/2 C. sweet pickles, chopped up

1/2 C. shredded cheese, your favorite type

mushrooms, optional

1 C. Miracle Whip

salt and pepper to taste
How To Make russ's panfish salad

1In a large bowl combine the cooked macaroni, fish, onions, potatoes, bell pepper, cucumber, apple, radishes, pickles and shredded cheese; mix well. Add Miracle Whip and toss gently to coat ingredients. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Refrigerate and Serve Cold.
