Ingredients

  • 1/2 C. white vinegar
  • 1/2 C. sugar
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. mustard seed
  • one 12-oz. bag frozen chopped onions
  • 1 Tbs. pimiento, chopped

How To Make russ's onion relish

  • Step 1
    Combine first 4 ingredients in saucepan; bring to boil. Add onions and simmer for 4 minutes. Pour into a mixing bowl and cover. Chill thoroughly. Add pimiento just before serving.
