Ingredients
- 1/2 C. white vinegar
- 1/2 C. sugar
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. mustard seed
- one 12-oz. bag frozen chopped onions
- 1 Tbs. pimiento, chopped
How To Make russ's onion relish

Step 1Combine first 4 ingredients in saucepan; bring to boil. Add onions and simmer for 4 minutes. Pour into a mixing bowl and cover. Chill thoroughly. Add pimiento just before serving.
