Leftover spaghetti works well for this simple recipe. Nothing beats a bowl of hot homemade chicken noodle soup on those chilly days.

Ingredients

  • 1 q.t Chicken stock (or chicken broth)
  • 8 oz. Spaghetti (pre-cooked, cut into bite size pieces)
  • 3 (5 oz.) cans white chicken
  • 2 stalks celery (cut onto bite size pieces)
  • 3 carrots (cut into bite size pieces)
  • 1 tsp. poultry seasoning
  • 1 tsp. parsley
  • 1/2 tsp. basil
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper

  • Step 1
    Over medium heat, bring chicken stock to boil; add all other ingredients. simmer over low heat for around 15 minutes.
