This ham salad is sure to please everyone. Can be eaten as a sandwich or used as a cracker spread.

Ingredients

  • 3 cups ground ham, fully cooked (do not use ham with added water)
  • 2 tablespoons celery, finely chopped
  • 2 teaspoons onion, finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon mustard
  • 1 - hard boiled egg, chopped
  • 2 teaspoons sweet pickle relish
  • 1/4 cup cheddar cheese, shredded (optional)
  • 3/4 cup mayonnaise

How To Make ham salad

  • Step 1
    In a mixing bowl, combine ham, celery, and onion. Place in refrigerator. In another bowl, mix together mustard, egg, relish, cheese, and mayonnaise; add to ham mixture. Mix well and refrigerate until ready to serve.
