Ingredients
- 3 cups ground ham, fully cooked (do not use ham with added water)
- 2 tablespoons celery, finely chopped
- 2 teaspoons onion, finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon mustard
- 1 - hard boiled egg, chopped
- 2 teaspoons sweet pickle relish
- 1/4 cup cheddar cheese, shredded (optional)
- 3/4 cup mayonnaise
How To Make ham salad

Step 1In a mixing bowl, combine ham, celery, and onion. Place in refrigerator. In another bowl, mix together mustard, egg, relish, cheese, and mayonnaise; add to ham mixture. Mix well and refrigerate until ready to serve.
