Ingredients

  • 2 Tbs. butter or margarine
  • 2 Tbs. flour
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper
  • 2 C. milk
  • 1 C. American cheese, shredded

How To Make russ's cheese sauce

  • Step 1
    Melt butter; blend in flour, salt, and pepper. Add milk and cook, then stir until bubbly. Stir in shredded cheese until melted.
