Ingredients
- 2 lbs. hamburger
- 2 1/2 Tbs. Morton's Tender-Quick salt (meat cure)
- 1 Tbs. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. garlic
- 1 tsp. cayenne pepper
- 1 tsp. ground pepper
- 1 C. dry milk
- 1/3 tsp. ground cloves
- 2/3 tsp. garlic powder
How To Make russ's beef salami

Step 1Mix all ingredients well and form into 3 long rolls in the shiny side of foil. Bake in a 325-degree oven for 1 to 1 1/4 hours, or roll in waxed paper and bake in microwave oven 7 to 8 minutes. If baked in foil, poke holes in bottom of foil and put in broiler pan to bake in oven.
