1Cut meat into single rib pieces. Place in a 2-quart glass baking dish. Cover with waxed paper. Microwave on high setting for 16-18 minutes or until meat is no longer pink. Rearrange ribs in dish once while cooking. Drain off fat. Meanwhile combine remaining ingredients. Spoon over ribs. Cover with wax paper. Microwave on high for additional 8-10 minutes.
