How to Make Russ's Baked Pecan Catfish
1In a small bowl, combine milk and Dijon mustard.
Dip fillets into mustard mixture, then roll fillets (pressing lightly) into ground pecans.
2Shake off excess.
Oven bake in lightly buttered dish at 500 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes, or until catfish flakes easily.
Salt and pepper to taste.
