2 Tbs. milk
3 Tbs. Dijon mustard
1 C. ground pecans
salt and pepper
butter

How to Make Russ's Baked Pecan Catfish

Step-by-Step

  • 1In a small bowl, combine milk and Dijon mustard.
    Dip fillets into mustard mixture, then roll fillets (pressing lightly) into ground pecans.
  • 2Shake off excess.
    Oven bake in lightly buttered dish at 500 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes, or until catfish flakes easily.
    Salt and pepper to taste.
