1 (8-oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
2 Tbs. milk
1 (2 1/2-oz.) pkg. dried beef, finely chopped
1/2 tsp. black pepper
2 Tbs. onion, minced
2 Tbs. green pepper, minced
1/2 C. sour cream
1/4 C. walnuts, chopped

How To Make russ's appetizer pie

Step 1

Blend cream cheese and milk. Add dried beef, black pepper, onion, green pepper. Stir well. Add sour cream. Stir well. Put into an 8-inch pie pan or shallow baking dish. Sprinkle nuts over top. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Serve hot with assorted crackers.
