1/4 cup apple cider vinegar

1 garlic clove, minced

2 teaspoons honey

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/4 cup red onion, minced
•
2 green onions, chopped fine
•
1 medium cucumber, peeled, seeded, finely chopped

2 eggs, hard-boiled chopped
•
2 tablespoons fresh dill, chopped or 2 teaspoons dried dill

1 -2 cup sour cream or 1 -2 cup yogurt, as you prefer
