Ingredients For russ’s rhubarb pie

3 C. rhubarb, cut into 1/2-in. pieces

1 1/4 C. sugar

3 Tbs. flour
-
2 eggs, beaten

1 pie shell, unbaked

Topping:
-
3 Tbs. flour
-
3 Tbs. butter
-
6 Tbs. brown sugar
How To Make russ’s rhubarb pie

1Mix together sugar, flour, and eggs. Add rhubarb and pour into unbaked pie shell. Mix topping ingredients together and pour over pie mixture. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes, then reduce heat to 350 degrees and continue baking for an additional 30 minutes
