russ’s creamy egg salad

Ingredients
- 1 Pkg (8 ounces) Cream cheese (softened)
- 1/4 C Mayonnaise
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/8 tsp Pepper
- 1/4 C Green or sweet red pepper (finely chopped)
- 1/4 C Celery (finely chopped)
- 1/4 C Sweet relish (pickle or hamburger)
- 2 Tbs Minced fresh parsley
- 8 Eggs (hard boiled and chopped)
How To Make russ’s creamy egg salad

Step 1In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese, mayonnaise, salt and pepper until smooth. Add green pepper, celery, relish and parsley. Fold in eggs. Refrigerate until serving.
