1/4 cup pear juice, concentrate (or small Asian pear, grated)

1/2 can cola
•
1 1/2 tablespoons rice wine
•
1 large shallot, peeled and grated
•
5 to 6 large garlic cloves, peeled and grated
•
1 tablespoon grated ginger
•
1/2 cup brown sugar
•
1 1/2 tablespoons dark sesame oil
•
3 medium green onions, sliced thinly on a bias
•
1 tablespoon red pepper flakes
