1(32 ounce) carton vegetable broth
3 (14.5 ounce) cans chicken broth
3 (15.5 ounce) cans hominy, drained and rinsed
2 cloves garlic, slightly crushed
1 small onion, cut into wedges
2 rounded teaspoons ground cumin
2 1/2 rounded teaspoons dried oregano
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 rounded teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
