3 pounds pork loin or pork tenderloin, most visible fat removed
1 1/2 cups barbecue sauce, use your favorite, we love Sweet Baby Rays
2 cloves garlic cloves, finely minced
1 teaspoon finely minced fresh ginger
1 teaspoon Sriacha sauce
2 teaspoons kosher salt
3 teaspoons finely chopped fresh rosemary, divided
sandwich rolls*, for serving
