1 1/2 teaspoons yeast

1 1/2 cups very warm water

4 cups all-purpose flour or bread flour

1 teaspoon salt

2 Tbs fresh rosemary, chopped fine

2 cloves garlic, minced

1/3 cup olive oil
•
Olive oil for drizzling
•
1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese (I left this out)
•
Coarse sea salt for sprinkling
