3/4 cup Chicken Broth
Pinch white pepper
1/2 cup ros wine
1/4 teaspoon salt
8 ounces fresh mushrooms, sliced
1/4 cup thinly sliced green onion
1 (10-oz) pkg frozen artichoke hearts, defrosted and cut in half
