At least 4 cups of root vegetables including any combination of potatoes, sweet potatoes, carrots, onions, parsnips, beets, parsley root, celery root, rutabaga..etc

2 cloves of garlic

1/4 cup olive oil

Fresh Rosemary ( this is to tastes, I recommend at least 1T of fresh chopped Rosemary)

Coarse Salt, to taste
•
Coarse Pepper, to taste
