1/2 cup pure maple syrup, divided
1/4 cup molasses
1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
1/4 teaspoon smoked paprika
⅛ teaspoon ground ginger
1/4 cup cornstarch
2 tablespoons sugar
1 tablespoon table salt
2 teaspoons ground black pepper
2 pork tenderloins (1 1/4 to 1 1/2 pounds each)
2 tablespoons vegetable or olive oil (I used olive oil)
