1 block (350g) Sunrise Extra Firm Tofu, (drained and pressed (see step 1))
3 tablespoons soy sauce ((gluten-free if preferred))
1 teaspoon chili powder
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon liquid smoke
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1 avocado
1/4 cup cilantro or parsley
1/2 cup water
1 tablespoon agave or maple syrup
1 tablespoon lemon juice
