INGREDIENTS

1 head broccoli, cut in florets

1-2 tablespoons olive oil
•
sea salt or kosher salt
•
fresh ground pepper
•
1-2 garlic cloves, minced (optional)
•
red pepper flakes (optional)
•
grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
•
lemon zest (optional)
•
Toss broccoli florets with a little olive oil, salt and pepper (and some chopped garlic or red pepper flakes if you like).

Roast in 400 degree oven for about 20 minutes or until slightly crisped and browned.
