1 1/2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
½ teaspoon sugar (optional to help the broccoli caramelize)
1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
Pinch red pepper flakes (optional)
1 small lemon (halved)
