1 14 oz. bag frozen, shelled edamame, thawed
3/4 cup fresh corn kernels, cut from about 3 ears of corn
1/4 cup diced green onions
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 1/2 Tbsp. olive oil
1 tsp. kosher salt
1/2 tsp. freshly ground black pepper
1 1/2 cups chopped fresh tomato
1/4 cup chopped fresh basil leaves
2 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
