1 Bunch of Fresh Thyme and/or Rosemary
•
1 Lemon Halved
•
1 Garlic Head
•
And the usual suspects: Salt & Pepper, Butter, and Olive Oil
•
Side Accoutrements:
•
1 Large Onion Thickly Sliced
•
Carrots cut into Thick Chunks
•
Fingerling or Purple Potatoes or substitute with Turnip (love turnip)
•
1 Bulb of Fennel (tops removed and cut into wedges)
•
Season with Olive Oil, Salt & Pepper and some Thyme Sprigs
