•1½ cups plain Greek yogurt (I use use full fat; it’s more satiating and makes for a better main course.)

•Juice & zest from 1 lime
•
•2 tbsp chile powder
•
•1 tbsp cumin
•
•2 cloves of garlic, minced (or 1 tbsp of garlic powder)
•
•1 tsp curry powder
•
•2 tsp sea salt
•
•1 tsp black pepper
