3-4 heaping cups chopped kale (ribs removed)
3-4 heaping cups chopped spinach
6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
1/2 cup dried cranberries
1/2 cup chopped pecans
1/4of a red onion, thinly sliced
1/3 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese
3/4 cup olive oil
1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
1 Tbsp Dijon mustard
2 Tbsphoney
1 Tbsp lemon juice
salt and pepper, to taste
