roasted beet hummus

INGREDIENTS
1 beet (peeled and diced)
1 can beans (chickpeas or white beans, drained and rinsed)
1/2 lemon (juiced)
2 cloves garlic (or 1 tablespoon garlic paste)
1 tablespoon sesame seeds
2-4 tablespoon oil
water if needed to thin out the dip
