1/4 C cheddar cheese, shredded plus a bit extra to sprinkle on top

1/4 C pepper jack cheese, shredded
•
4 pieces of pepper bacon, cooked and crumbled
•
1/2 tsp garlic salt
•
1 tsp dried minced onion
•
green onions, chopped for garnish
