Roasted Acorn Squash with Brown Sugar

INGREDIENTS
2 acorn squash (cut in half, seeds and fibers removed)
2 tbsp whipped butter (or coconut oil, vegan butter)
4 tbsp brown sugar (to taste)
dash of ground cinnamon
