This parmesan chicken recipe is easy and good. Just add a side dish and bread for a great meal. I love the taste of the parmesan cheese with the Ritz crackers.

1 to 2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken (Can use breasts or any chicken pieces you like)

1 sleeve Ritz crackers, crushed

1/4 cup parmesan cheese (the kind in the green can)

1 cup Oikos Organic Greek Yogurt, Honey Flavored (Could use plain yogurt or milk to dip the chicken, too)
