INGREDIENTS

•• 1-1/4 cups of sugar
•• 2 eggs
•• 1 stick (8 tablespoons or 113 gr) unsalted butter(softened at room temperature)
•• 1 teaspoon baking powder
•• A pinch of salt
•• 8 oz (~230 gr) ricotta cheese
•• 4 cups or more all purpose flour (enough to make the dough not to stick to the bowl anymore and form a soft ball)
•• Filling: 4 oz (~115 gr) of ricotta mixed with 2 teaspoons of sugar, 2 teaspoons of cinnamon and ¼ teaspoon of vanilla
•• ¼ cup sugar for dipping
