For the dry rub:
1 teaspoon brown sugar
1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 tablespoon sea salt (ground fine)
For the basting spray:

2 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
2 tablespoons Louisiana Hot Sauce
1 cup warm beer
1 12-ounce can of your favorite beer
1 large chicken
