1 medium onion - diced

2 celery stalks - diced

2 cloves of garlic - minced or put through a garlic press

1 cup of basmati rice
•
½ tsp dried thyme
•
1¾ cups of vegetable broth
•
¾ cup slivered almonds

½ cup fresh parsley - minced
