4 to 5 Eggs
1 Tsp Salt
1/2 Tsp Black Pepper
1 Lb Ground Beef Chuck or Sirloin
1 Lb Ground Pork
1 Cup Frozen Peas
1/2 Medium Sweet Onion Diced About 3/4 to 1 Cup
3 Garlic cloves Minced About 1 Tbsp
4 Basil Leafs minced
1 8 Oz Can Tomato Past
1 35 Oz Can Italian Plum Tomatoes well blended
1/3 Cup of White wine
Salt
Black Pepper
Red Pepper Flacks a sprinkle for tast
