Ingredients: 1 cup butter (softened); 1/2 cup sugar; 1 egg yolk; 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract; 1/2 teaspoon lemon extract; 1/2 teaspoon lemon rind (grated); 2 1/2 cups flour; 1/4 teaspoon salt; 2/3 cup raspberry preserves (or flavor of choice, may use jam); 1/2 cup confectioners' sugar; 1 tablespoon milk
