FILLING:
4 cups chopped fresh or frozen rhubarb
2 cups sugar
2 large egg yolks, room temperature
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
MERINGUE:
4 large egg whites, room temperature
1/2 cup sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
