INGREDIENTS
1 pound fresh rhubarb, cut into 3/4 inch pieces, ( enough to make 4 cups)
1 cup sugar
1 1/4 cups flour/coconut/almond flour
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 cup firmly packed light brown sugar
1/2 cuo old fashioned oatmeal
1/2 cup butter, melted and cooled slightly
1/2 cup chopped walnuts (optional)
