INGREDIENTS
28 oz can whole tomatoes, peeled
2 10 oz cans rotel (diced tomatoes with green chilies)
1/4 c onion, chopped
1 garlic clove, chopped
1 jalapeno, cut in half, deseed and devein if you want less spice
1/2 c fresh cilantro
Juice of 1/2 a lime
1/4 t to 1/2 t salt depending on your taste
1/4 t sugar
