2 Roma tomotoes

¼ cup roughly chopped white or yellow onion ((about ½ of a small onion))

½ cup cilantro leaves ((or to taste))

½ to 1 jalapeño (seeded and deveined (you could also used canned (not pickled) for a milder taste) )

3 cloves garlic (cut in half)
