INGREDIENTS

3/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
•
1 scoop vanilla whey protein (I use Swanson's like Pearl and Serene suggest. I too love it!)
•
4 tsp. Truvia
•
1 Tbsp. coconut oil
•
a few sprinkles of pure white stevia
•
dash of salt
•
2 Tbsp. unsweetened creamy peanut butter (I use Adams)
•
1 Tbsp. Cocoa (I heap mine, just sayin ;)
•
1/4 cup boiling water
•
*Add all ingredients before hot water and ice into blender and start. Add hot water (this will melt the coconut oil ;) and then ice. Add as much ice as you desire.*
