A knob of salted butter
A splash of whole milk
6 chunky British pork sausages (Lincolnshire or Cumberland)
½ a pint of beef stock
Splash of Worcestershire sauce
1 large red onion
½ cup + 1 tbsp of corn flour
Generous pinch of salt and pepper
1 cup of peanut oil
½ pound of fresh peas
Handful of bacon lardons
Couple of sprigs of fresh rosemary
2 cloves of garlic
