INGREDIENTS
14 cup sugar (13)
14 cup fresh lemon juice
1 pound cake (12 ounces cut into 34 inch thick slices)
8 ozs cream cheese (room temperature)
1 cup heavy cream
3 cups blueberries (fresh, three 12 pint containers rinsed and dried)
3 cups raspberries (fresh, two 6 ounce containers)
