1 Betty Crocker Super Moist white cake mix
1 1/4 cup water-according to cake mix
1/3 cup oil-according to cake mix
4 egg whites
1 cup sour cream
1 3.3 ounce box White Chocolate Instant Pudding
1.75 ounces red, white and blue jimmies
5 ounces vanilla almond bark
2 tbsp butter softened
2 tbsp cream
4 ounces cream cheese softened
1 cup powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla
red and blue star sprinkles for decoration
