1 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup buttermilk
Cream Cheese Frosting;
1 cup unsalted butter
1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese
4 cups confectioners sugar, sifted
1 teaspoon vanilla
dash of salt
1 cup of fresh blueberries (if desired)
1 cup of sweetened shredded coconut (if desired)
sprig of mint (if desired)
