1 ½ teaspoons (7g) salt
2 cups (472ml) buttermilk, at room temperature
1 ½ cups (339g) unsalted butter, cold
1 1/2 cups (12oz /340g) full-fat cream cheese, cold
9- 10 cups (1841g) powdered sugar
1 tablespoon (15ml) pure vanilla extract
1 tablespoon (15ml) milk
