INGREDIENTS

1 box Red Velvet Cake Mix (I used Duncan Hines)
•
2 eggs
•
1/2 cup oil (I use Canola)
•
2 tablespoons milk
•
1 cup pecan pieces or nuts of your choice
•
Cream Cheese Filling
•
8 ounces cream cheese, softened
•
3 tablespoons butter or margarine, softened
•
1 3/4 cups powdered sugar
•
1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
•
Beat together with mixer. Spread on cookies.
