This red velvet cake is one of my very favorite cake recipes. I have been making them for 30 years! Everyone loves this cake.

2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour

1 1/2 cups sugar
•
1 cup buttermilk
•
1 1/2 cups canola oil
•
2 eggs
•
2 tsp. vanilla
•
1 tsp. baking soda
•
1 tsp. cocoa
•
1 tsp. vinegar
•
1 oz. red food coloring
