2 cups (500 mL) 2% milk or almond milk
1⁄3 cup (75 mL) rolled oats

3 Tbsp (45 mL) brown sugar

pinch salt
1⁄3 cup (80 mL) chia seeds
1 tsp (5 mL) vanilla extract
3/4 cup (185 mL) cooked whole red lentils
Garnishes:
1/2 cup (125 mL) goji berries
1/2 cup (125 mL) toasted slivered almonds
1/2 cup (125 mL) fresh blueberries
